摘要

目的:观察新砭石疗法的临床疗效。方法:根据多中心、随机分组、平行对照、单盲(研究者、操作者、统计者三分离)的临床试验原则

砭石组入组120例

采用新砭石疗法

用多功能砭板分别疏通颈肩部、肩背部、上肢经脉气血;电针组入组120例

采用电针疗法

取患侧肩髃、肩髎、肩贞等穴

对比两组的临床疗效。结果:2种疗法均有镇痛、改善功能活动和即刻镇痛效果。镇痛疗效方面

砭石组总有效率为86.8%

电针组总有效率为72.5%

2组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)

砭石组优于电针组;肩部功能活动改善方面

砭石组总有效率为86.8%

电针组总有效率为79.8%

2组总有效率比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:新砭石疗法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著

具有镇痛和改善肩部功能活动效果

具有即刻镇痛效果

并有良好的远期疗效。
