摘要

目的:观察艾灸治疗脾肾阳虚型艾滋病的临床疗效

并研究其作用机制。方法:将艾滋病患者66例分为观察组和对照组各33例。对照组采用西药抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)

观察组在HAART基础上加灸天枢、神阙、中脘、关元4穴

治疗3个月后

观察2组疗效、治疗前后症状体征积分改善以及细胞免疫的变化。结果:观察组有效率为90.9%

优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05);2组症状体征改善积分比较

观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);经治疗2组患者的CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均有增加

但组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)

观察组总淋巴细胞计数的升高优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:灸法可提高HAART治疗艾滋病的疗效

灸法虽不能在西药基础上提高CD4+T细胞水平

但对提高总淋巴细胞计数有一定的作用。
