摘要

目的:探索提高治疗中风后肩手综合征临床疗效的方法。方法:将80例中风后肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组

每组40例。治疗组采用透刺加电针法

对照组采用常规针刺加电针法。两组均每日治疗1次

每周5次

共治疗4周。观察临床症状、关节活动度及疼痛评分变化情况。结果:治疗组痊愈19例

显效10例

有效6例

无效5例

总有效率87.5%;对照组痊愈9例

显效14例

有效9例

无效8例

总有效率80.0%。两组比较

疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后

上肢关节活动度评分及上肢疼痛评分均较治疗前提高

但治疗组较对照组提高更明显

两组比较

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:透刺法和常规针刺法均可有效缓解肩手综合征所致的疼痛

改善运动功能

减轻水肿

但透刺法优于常规针刺法。
