摘要

目的:对比耳穴放血综合治疗与口服及外用药物治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效差异。方法:将寻常性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用耳穴放血配合背俞穴拔罐综合治疗;对照组采用口服四环素片及外用痤疮平软膏治疗。结果:经过1～3疗程治疗

治疗组治愈率(50.0%)和总有效率(92.9%)明显高于对照组的17.6%和76.5%

两者相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);半年后随访

治疗组的复发或加重率明显低于对照组

两者相比差异亦有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:耳穴放血配合背俞穴拔罐治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效明显优于口服四环素片及外用痤疮平者。
