目的:探讨针刺提高辅助生殖技术成功率的作用机制。方法:将孕鼠随机分为正常组、模型组及针刺组。模型组和针刺组均采用米非司酮造模

针刺组自妊娠第1天连续接受1w针刺治疗。观察各组大鼠妊娠率及平均着床胚泡数

比较其子宫、卵巢重量及单个胚泡大小、重量的差异;并用光镜观察各组大鼠子宫内膜及卵巢的形态结构差异。结果:针刺组妊娠率及平均着床胚泡数较模型组显著提高(P<0.01);模型组子宫、卵巢重量等均较正常组及针刺组轻

且子宫内膜发育不良;针刺组子宫内膜发育与正常组相似。结论:针刺可在一定程度上逆转米非司酮抗着床的作用

促进大鼠胚泡着床及胚泡发育。
