摘要

针刺麻醉出现于20世纪50年代

是我国中医工作者的首创

是现代医学中重要的成就之一

在20世纪60、70年代得以大力发展和广泛应用。由于客观和主观上的原因

近20年来

针刺麻醉的临床应用和研究进展甚微。本文简单回顾针刺麻醉的形成和发展过程

分析针刺麻醉优势、作用机制

以及针刺麻醉过程中存在的问题

为针刺麻醉的发展提供可行的建议。
