摘要

目的:观察针刺疗法在改善失眠患者睡眠质量方面的作用特点。方法:将原发性失眠患者46例随机分为2组。针刺组24例

采用针刺调神法

穴取百会、神庭、神门等为主;药物组22例

采用口服艾司唑仑治疗。比较2组疗效及治疗前后匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表评分。结果:针刺组总有效率为83.3%

药物组总有效率为72.7%

针刺组疗效优于药物组(P<0.05)。艾司唑仑在延长睡眠时间方面优于针刺治疗

而针刺在改善睡眠障碍和提高日间功能状态方面优于艾司唑仑(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗失眠症的优势在于改善睡眠障碍和提高日间功能状态。
