目的:评价醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风的疗效及可能的不良反应。方法:采用Cochrane系统评价方法。结果:共纳入25个研究、4377例中风患者。醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风有降低病死率、残疾率的趋势

在改善神经功能缺损评分、疗效等方面均优于对照疗法

纳入研究中仅发现2例疼痛者。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风安全有效。
