摘要

目的:观察比较针刺和西药治疗小儿多动症(MBD)的疗效差异

探寻临床治疗MBD的有效方法。方法:将68例患者随机分为针刺组和西药组

每组各34例。针刺组采用针刺大椎、神阙

西药组采用口服西药氟哌啶醇。疗程1个月

比较2组治疗后美国康奈尔儿童多动症诊断行为量表评分和总有效率。结果:针刺组量表评分、总有效率分别为10±0.37

97.1%;西药组分别为15±0.93

82.4%。2组比较

差异有非常显著性意义或极显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.0005)

针刺组优于西药组。随访2～10个月

针刺组效果仍能维持。结论:针刺大椎、神阙能更有效地治疗小儿多动症。
