摘要

目的:探寻治疗肩周炎的临床有效方法。方法:将140例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组

每组各70例。治疗组采用穴位注射“肩应穴”配合推拿治疗

对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛评分与运动功能综合评分。结果:疼痛评分治疗前后差值

治疗组31.54±2.82

对照组15.03±4.07

两组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后肩关节运动功能综合评分

治疗组139.64±12.34

对照组80.32±16.29

两组比较差异亦有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

治疗组优于对照组。结论:穴位注射“肩应穴”配合推拿治疗肩周炎临床效果显著。
