摘要

目的:观察温电针治疗重症肌无力的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60例患者随机分为针药组和药物组各30例。针药组采用温电针治疗

穴取膻中、石门、关元、中脘、阳陵泉等为主

配合口服西药吡啶斯的明(每日总量90～240 mg)、强的松(每日总量30～60 mg);药物组单纯口服西药吡啶斯的明(每日总量240～480 mg)、强的松(每日总量60～100 mg)。观察2组临床疗效并测定患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的水平。结果:针药组总有效率为93.3%

优于药物组的70.0%(P<0.01);2组患者治疗后血清IL-4均有显著下降(P<0.01)

但针药组的下降程度显著优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:温电针配合西药治疗重症肌无力疗效显著

其可能机制之一是调节IL-4等细胞因子的分泌

使机体异常的免疫应答过程得到纠正

最终抑制自身抗体的产生。
