摘要

目的:探讨针刺与埋线治疗抑郁症的疗效差异和作用机制。方法:将32只成年雌雄各半的SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、针刺组和埋线组

每组8只。后3组采用孤养和长期不可预见的中等强度刺激应激造成抑郁大鼠模型

同时针刺组和埋线组开始治疗

周期21天。采用高效液相色谱系统——电化学检测器检测大鼠脑内去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)的含量。结果:与正常组相比

模型大鼠下丘脑和海马的NE、5-HT和DA均有明显下降(P<0.05

P<0.01)。针刺与埋线均可使脑内的神经递质有不同程度的提高

埋线组在提高下丘脑的5-HT和DA以及海马的DA方面更具优势

但两组间比较差异无显著意义。结论:针刺与埋线对抑郁模型大鼠均有效

其作用机制具有相似性

均可通过调节中枢单胺类神经递质而发挥治疗作用。
