摘要

目的:观察眼针疗法对由输尿管结石引起的肾、输尿管绞痛的治疗效果。方法:将180例患者随机分为眼针组、吗啡组和强痛定组。眼针组90例应用针刺眼穴止痛;吗啡组40例肌肉注射吗啡、阿托品止痛;强痛定组50例肌肉注射强痛定、阿托品止痛。结果:眼针组显效率72.2%

总有效率95.6%;吗啡组显效率45.0%

总有效率77.5%;强痛定组显效率42.0%

总有效率72.0%。眼针组显效率和总有效率均显著高于吗啡组与强痛定组(均P<0.01)。结论:眼针疗法治疗由输尿管结石引起的肾、输尿管绞痛快速而有效。
