摘要

目的:探讨斑马鱼是否存在类经络与类穴位结构。方法:将成年斑马鱼活体经10μmol/LDiA水溶液染色

麻醉后在荧光显微镜下观察。结果:DiA荧光标记物呈亮圆点状

若干标记物聚集在一起形成簇状

有规律地分布于身体各个部位。在躯体部

标记物从背部到腹部沿躯干纵轴形成4条线

背侧线、背外侧线、外侧线和腹侧线。在高倍镜下观察

又可依据其神经联系的不同将外侧线分为外侧上线和外侧下线

将腹侧线分为腹外侧线和腹侧线。结论:斑马鱼体表感觉器官分布有一定的规律性

若干感觉器官聚集在一起形成簇

若干簇又有规律地沿躯体长轴排成线

类似于传统经络与穴位。
