摘要

目的:探寻治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效疗法。方法:将98例患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(48例)。对照组取C3～C7夹脊穴、风池;治疗组在此基础上加风府、大椎、百会等督脉穴。观察两组患者眩晕症状的缓解情况。结果:治疗组治愈率56.0%

总有效率98.0%;对照组治愈率33.3%

总有效率79.1%;两组治愈率比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)

总有效率比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:通调督脉法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕的疗效优于常规夹脊穴为主的针刺方法。
