摘要

目的:探寻治疗颞颌关节紊乱病的较佳疗法。方法:将颞颌关节紊乱病患者210例随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组各70例。治疗组采用温针灸运动疗法

穴取合谷、下关、翳风等

配合张闭口运动;对照1组单纯采用毫针刺法;对照2组采用局部封闭疗法

比较3组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为94·3%

对照1组总有效率为87·1%

对照2组总有效率为85·7%

3组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)

治疗组优于两个对照组。结论:温针灸运动疗法治疗颞颌关节紊乱病具有良好疗效。
