摘要

目的:观察针刺五脏俞治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效和安全性。方法:将40例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组

每组各20例。治疗组采用针刺五脏俞治疗

对照组采用口服倍美力片治疗

观察两组疗效及治疗前后Kupperman评分的变化

血清雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%

明显优于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清E2水平显著升高(P<0.01)

且与对照组治疗后相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);Kupperman症状评分指数(MI)治疗组与对照组治疗后比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺五脏俞治疗围绝经期综合征疗效优于药物倍美力治疗。
