摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗痰瘀阻络型高血压病的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:将60例高血压病患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组针刺风池、曲池、内关、足三里、丰隆、太冲

配合口服卡托普利治疗;对照组口服卡托普利

疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后血压、临床症状、血液流变学指标及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量变化。结果:治疗组血压明显下降

CRP、TC、TG、LDL含量均降低

血液流变学指标改善及HDL升高

临床证候积分及单项症状疗效改善明显

与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺降血压效果明显

同时逆转或延迟动脉粥样硬化的进程

其机理可能与保护血管内皮功能的作用有关。
