摘要

目的:探寻改善脑卒中病人上肢运动能力和日常生活能力的有效方法。方法:将578例脑卒中患者随机分入改良穴位配合康复训练组(A组)148例、康复训练组(B组)142例、常规穴位配合康复训练组(C组)144例和药物组(D组)144例4个研究组。用Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分系统评估患者上肢运动能力

用Barthel指数(BMI)评定患者日常生活能力并研究其治疗前后变化。结果:各组治疗后FMA、BMI评分与治疗前相比

差异均有显著性意义(均P<0.05);各组之间治疗后比较

A组明显优于B、C组(P<0.05)

B、C组之间相比

差异无显著性意义。结论:改良穴位配合康复训练极大改善脑卒中患者上肢的机能恢复

是目前治疗脑卒中的高效率治疗途径之一。
