摘要

整理著名针灸学家靳瑞教授对现代针刺补泻手法特点的论述

古代针刺手法补泻重点在于针下出现寒热的结果

现代针刺手法受到神经学说的影响以刺激量为要

以酸麻胀痛等的神经感应为标准。靳老认为古今手法是作用身体不同层次的反应

古代手法作用效应在脏腑深层

现代手法作用效应在经筋浅层

如二者互参可提高疗效

但要特别注意针刺补泻不等同于刺激量大小

还要与刺激时间、技巧等综合运用因素密切相关。古代补泻的真旨——针下寒热是人的整体性的综合反应

是针刺补泻的深层次

需要深入研究。
