摘要

目的:比较穴位埋线加文拉法辛(博乐欣)与单用文拉法辛的疗效和不良反应。方法:将70例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组选①肝俞、膻中

②大椎、中脘

③肾俞、章门

3组穴位交替埋线

2周1次

3次为一疗程

配合口服文拉法辛。对照组单纯口服文拉法辛。两组均治疗6周

观察两组患者临床疗效及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMD)评分改善情况。结果:治疗组愈显率74·3%

对照组60·0%

两组比较

P<0·05。两组治疗6周HAMD评分均显著低于治疗前。随访结果比较

治疗组远期疗效较巩固

比对照组用药剂量小、副反应少。结论:穴位埋线加小剂量的文拉法辛是儿童广泛性焦虑症的一种较理想的治疗方法。
