摘要

目的:比较针刺夹脊穴与中、西药物治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为3组

每组30例。针刺组采取针刺颈夹脊穴为主治疗

每次针刺20分钟

每日1次

10次为一疗程;中药组采用补中益气汤加减治疗

每日1剂

水煎服

10剂为一疗程;西药组采用地巴唑、低分子右旋糖苷、丹参片、VitB12

10天为一疗程。3个疗程结束后根据疗效评定标准进行疗效评价。结果:3组有效率分别为73.3%、40.0%、33.3%

组间疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗耳鸣有显著疗效

针刺夹脊穴是治疗神经性耳鸣的有效方法

疗效明显优于中西药物治疗。
