摘要

本文从经穴与奇穴、固定穴与非固定穴、穴点与穴区、穴区与非穴区4个方面阐述孔昭遐教授对腧穴的看法。腧穴是气血输注体表的部位

无论是经穴、固定穴

还是奇穴、非固定穴

都有其特异的作用

因此要重视选穴与配穴。由于腧穴所在的部位不同

穴区的大小、治疗作用也不相同

并决定了针刺操作手法各异。针、灸是两种疗法

分别有各自的适应证

应该受到一样的重视。针灸是重要的治疗技术

属外治疗法

根据疾病所需

可单用

或与药物并用。
