摘要

目的:探讨治疗周围神经不完全损伤的最佳方案。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组(电针加功能训练)和对照1组(电针组)、对照2组(功能训练组)各30例。治疗组取肩、曲池、合谷等穴

加电针

同时配合系统功能训练;对照组则只采取其中一种方法。经过3个月的治疗后

以基本功能、实用功能、肌电图、神经传导速度等为指标

对3组疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组基本功能优良率为50·0%、实用功能愈显率为50·0%、神经电生理总有效率为64·3%

明显优于对照1组的20·7%、17·2%、41·4%(P<0·05)和对照2组的23·3%、20·0%、36·7%(P<0·05)。结论:电针与功能训练相配合

既加快神经生长的修复速度

又促进失神经支配肌肉功能的恢复

从而缩短神经肌肉恢复的时间

提高患者的生活质量。
