摘要

目的:探讨不同留针时间与疗效的关系。方法:将40只实验大鼠随机分为5组:电针“足三里”穴5min、15min、30min、60min组和对照组

电针组大鼠分别电针“足三里”穴5、15、30、60min

对照组大鼠不电针。采用还原型辅酶Ⅱ黄递酶(NADPH-d)组织化学方法结合计算机图像分析技术观察隔区各亚细胞群一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元的变化。结果:电针5min组与对照组相比

隔区NOS阳性神经元无明显变化(P>0·05);电针15、30、60min3组与对照组相比

隔区部分亚细胞群(隔内侧核、隔外侧核、斜角带核垂直支)NOS阳性神经元数量增加(P<0·05)

染色加深

细胞平均灰度值明显降低(P<0·01);而电针15、30、60min3组之间

隔区NOS阳性神经元变化却无明显差异(P>0·05)。结论:电针留针时间延长至15min才引起隔区NOS表达增强

并随留针时间延长至60min

隔区NOS表达维持在同一水平。
