摘要

目的:寻找治疗小儿消瘦的非药物综合疗法。方法:观察组55例采用耳穴贴压结合捏脊疗法

贴压取耳穴小肠、神门、脾、内分泌等9穴

用王不留行籽贴压

5天换贴1次

10天为一疗程;捏脊每天早晚各1次

10天为一疗程。对照组23例口服胃蛋白酶合剂

每天3次

每次10mL

饭后口服

10天为一疗程。两组均进行5个疗程观察治疗。结果:观察组临床治愈7例

显效20例

有效24例

无效4例

总有效率92.7%;对照组临床治愈2例

显效7例

有效8例

无效6例

总有效率73.9%

观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压结合捏脊是治疗小儿消瘦较好的非药物综合治疗方法之一。
