摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制。方法:将围绝经期大鼠随机分为针刺组、药物组和围绝经期组

分别进行针刺治疗、更年安药物治疗和空白对照

并与青年大鼠作对照。测定各组大鼠的卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡

检测卵巢颗粒细胞Bcl-2、Fas蛋白表达。结果:与青年大鼠比较

围绝经期大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡显著增加(P<0·01)

Bcl-2蛋白表达明显降低(P<0·01)

Fas蛋白表达明显升高(P<0·01)。针刺治疗后围绝经期大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡减少(P<0·05)

Bcl-2蛋白表达提高(P<0·05)

Fas蛋白表达明显降低(P<0·01);更年安药物治疗后

卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡亦有降低但图像分析结果无统计学意义(P>0·05)

Bcl-2蛋白表达提高(P<0·05)

Fas蛋白表达明显降低(P<0·01)。结论:针刺能够抑制围绝经期大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡

上调卵巢颗粒细胞Bcl-2蛋白表达、下调Fas蛋白表达。
