摘要

目的:探索诊断经络寒热的客观化方法。方法:采用康威人体经络特性分析系统

检测分析寒证、热证患者各40例和40名正常人的十二经原穴的伏安特性曲线。结果:伏安特性曲线的曲度和经络寒热有很大的相关性

曲度越大

经络越偏向于热;曲度越小

经络越偏向于寒。同时发现伏安特性曲线的曲度和经络自身的寒热属性有很大的相关性

经络属性偏热的

其原穴的伏安特性曲线曲度大;经络属性偏寒的

其原穴的伏安特性曲线曲度小。结论:本法可以用于建立和完善经络的寒热辨证

为临床针灸治疗中选取穴位、补泻手法、治疗手段提供科学依据。
