摘要

目的:探讨目前国内针灸治疗肩周炎临床研究中对照组设立的现状及存在问题。方法:检索至今为止在国内杂志上发表过的、设有对照组的针灸治疗肩周炎临床研究文献

根据对照组设置中的关键问题制定数据提取表格

提取文献中相关内容并分类整理及统计分析。结果:国内针灸治疗肩周炎临床研究中对照组的设立存在很大问题

多数无设置依据

也未针对研究目的设计对照

使整个试验在方案设计阶段就存在偏差

导致其临床对照研究结果不可靠。结论:针灸临床科研急切需要针对对照组设置问题的指导规范。
