摘要

目的:研究头部电针透穴疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:108例PSD患者随机分为电针透穴组(38例)、非透穴组(36例)和西药组(34例)。电针透穴组选用悬颅透悬厘、脑户透强间、头临泣透阳白等穴;非透穴组选用百会、印堂、四神聪等穴;西药组采用氟西汀口服。治疗28天后

分别对3组疗效、治疗前后HAMD抑郁量表评分、SDS自评量表评分和血浆中5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量进行对比观察。结果:电针透穴组有效率为86.84%

明显优于非透穴组的63.89%和西药组的67.65%(P<0.01

P<0.05)。电针透穴组能明显提高血浆中5-HT含量

与非透穴组相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

与西药组相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头部电针透穴疗法能明显提高病人血浆中5-HT含量

治疗PSD的疗效明显优于非透穴组和西药组。
