摘要

目的:探讨治疗Bells麻痹的无损伤疗法。方法:将276例Bells麻痹患者随机分为两组各138例。治疗组采用无损伤电极脉冲电刺激面部穴位疗法

穴取太阳、四白、牵正、地仓;对照组采用常规药物疗法

药物为强的松、地巴唑、复合维生素B、牵正散。10天为一疗程

2疗程后进行疗效比较。结果:治愈率、有效率治疗组分别为83·3%、99·3%

对照组分别为48·5%、88·4%。两组比较

差异均有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论:无损伤电极脉冲电刺激面部穴位治疗Bells麻痹疗效显著

安全无损

操作简便

经济实用

可推广应用。
