摘要

目的:建立并完善周围性面神经麻痹的临床评估和疗效判定标准。方法:参照相关的评价标准

结合中医学的自身特点和面神经的功能特性

通过临床反复观察与对比评价

提出周围性面神经的评分量化表、面神经分级标准、辨证分型标准及疗效判定标准。结果:经临床初步测定

评估内容具有参照合理、简便易行、客观精细的特征。结论:该方案可以作为临床评估和疗效判定的标准

但仍需临床效度、信度的测定及多中心研究的支持。
