摘要

目的:探讨穴位注射结合超激光穴位照射对慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性盆腔炎患者分为治疗组及对照组各30例

治疗组采用鱼腥草注射液穴位注射

并结合超激光穴位照射;对照组单纯给予鱼腥草注射液穴位注射。两组均每日治疗1次

疗程4周。结果:治疗组总有效28例

总有效率93·3%;对照组总有效23例

总有效率76·7%;与对照组相比较

治疗组下腹坠痛、白带异常及妇检体征等指标改善明显(P<0·05)。结论:穴位注射结合超激光穴位照射治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切。
