摘要

目的:探讨以针灸为主综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的特效穴位。方法:将180例患者随机分为治疗组(120例)和对照组(60例)。两组均采用针灸、牵引、推拿综合治疗

治疗组在针刺时采用常规取穴加次髎穴深刺

对照组仅针刺常规穴位

其余治疗两组相同。治疗两疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为97.5%

对照组总有效率为88.3%

经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(χ2=5.203

P<0.05);随访半年复发率治疗组为8.6%

对照组为20.8%

经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:以深刺次髎穴为主综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果明显优于常规取穴

且复发率低。
