摘要

目的:评价针刺为主综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症胶原酶盘外溶解术后的疗效。方法:将77例患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(37例)。治疗组采用针灸和偏振光治疗

针刺取肾俞、大肠俞、八、秩边等穴;对照组仅服用西药迪克乐克75mg

每日1次。两组均治疗1个月后进行疗效统计。结果:治疗组愈显率为95.0%

对照组愈显率为75.7%

两组之间疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后

治疗组直观模拟标尺(VAS)评分2.28±0.96

对照组VAS评分3.49±1.45

两组间VAS评分比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺为主的综合疗法能显著提高腰椎间盘突出症术后康复疗效。
