在腧穴学、经络学研究中多有建树。出版《简明针灸正骨》《针灸疗法刺激点解剖位置参考图》彩色教学挂图、《针灸铜人与铜人穴法》《敦煌古医籍考释》《出土亡佚古医籍研究》等著作对针灸史及针灸文献的研究具有重要影响。
