摘要

目的:探明针刺补泻的重要依据之一的“徐而疾则实

疾而徐则虚”之本义。方法:用知识考古学的原理

通过对“徐”“疾”所描述的对象以及该词所出现文章的结构分析

对该句含义进行了再次辨识。结论:“徐疾”在《内经》补泻刺法中所描述对象有三:一为脉象

二为留针时间

三为出针速度。“徐而疾则实

疾而徐则虚”中的“徐疾”应为脉象

而非针法

意为脉由徐变疾

标志着经脉由虚转实;脉由疾变徐

则是经脉由实转虚。
