摘要

目的:观察不同类型肥胖女性针刺减肥效应

探寻针刺减肥的最佳适应症。方法:将83例女性患者按肥胖类型分为2组:腹型肥胖组31例为腰围超标但体质指数(BMI)<25的腹型肥胖者

肥胖组52例为BMI≥25的单纯性肥胖患者。采用同样的针刺方法治疗1月。结果:两组治疗后BMI、腰围(WC)和腰臀比(WHR)与治疗前比较

差异有非常显著或显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.05)。腹型肥胖组治疗前后WC、WHR的变化与BMI的变化呈非常显著或显著正相关(P<0.01

P<0.05)

相关系数比较│rWC/BMI│>│rWHR/BMI│;肥胖组WC变化与BMI变化呈非常显著正相关(P<0.01)

而WHR变化与BMI变化无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:针刺对女性体重超重或者正常但腰围超标的腹型肥胖者和体重超标的单纯性肥胖患者都具有很好的减重、减腰围作用

适合于各型肥胖患者。
