摘要

目的:探讨艾灸对糖尿病(DM)性勃起功能障碍(ED)的作用及机制。方法:以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导DM大鼠模型

再以阿朴吗啡(APO)阴茎勃起实验筛选DM性ED大鼠模型

随机分为模型组、艾灸组

另设一正常对照组。艾灸组取“肾俞”“三阴交”穴

以麦粒灸施治

观察艾灸对DM性ED大鼠阴茎勃起、血糖、总一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、结构型NOS(cNOS)、诱导型NOS(iNOS)及环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的影响。结果:艾灸对DM性ED大鼠血糖有一定改善作用

能较明显改善其阴茎勃起功能

提高阴茎中总NOS、cNOS、iNOS及cGMP含量。结论:艾灸对DM性ED大鼠阴茎勃起功能有一定作用

这种作用与艾灸改善血糖、促进NO-cGMP通路机制相关。
