摘要

目的:探讨中医证候与耳穴穴位相关性。方法:按标准选择63例典型肝郁气滞证者为观察组

52名健康人为对照组。用耳穴弹簧压力棒

压力定量为50g

用耳穴压痛法对被采集者左右耳分别进行探测

统计出现阳性反应耳穴的数量

左右耳分别统计

比较观察组和对照组各穴位的阳性反应率。结果:经统计学分析

肝郁气滞证者与健康人相比

肝、食道、三焦、脾、胰胆、艇中、胃和神门8个耳穴的压痛阳性反应率高

差异有显著性意义

说明肝郁气滞证与这8个穴位具有相关性

其相关性大小的顺序为肝>食道>三焦>脾>胰胆>艇中>胃>神门。结论:中医证候与耳穴穴位具有相关性。
