摘要

目的:观察穴位注射结合手法训练对小儿脑瘫的治疗效果

旨在提高对小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法:治疗组采用穴位注射加手法训练、脑细胞活化剂应用综合治疗方法

与单纯手法训练、脑细胞活化剂应用对照组相比较。结果:经3～4个疗程治疗

治疗组总有效率为92.3%

明显高于对照组的75.9%(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射结合手法训练治疗小儿脑瘫疗效优于单纯手法训练。
