摘要

目的探讨耳压加体针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效及其初步的作用机制。方法将92例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为2组

治疗组56例采用耳压加体针治疗

对照组36例采用体针治疗

观察2组病例治疗前后临床症状、椎-基底动脉血流动力学、血液流变学部分指标的变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为89.29%

临床控制率为17.85%;对头晕或头痛等主要症状疗效

对椎-基底动脉血流量、血流速度

对全血还原黏度(低切)、红细胞刚性指数的改善作用等指标

均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳压加体针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

不仅可以改善患者的临床症状

还可以调节椎-基底动脉血流动力学、血液流变学异常状态。无论是在马来西亚或中国

这种治疗方法都有其临床实践的价值。
