摘要

目的:比较齐刺天宗穴为主与常规取穴针刺治疗顽固性网球肘的疗效差异。方法:将62例患者随机分为两组

治疗组32例采取齐刺天宗穴配合肘部局部取穴的方法

对照组30例采取肘部局部取穴的方法

经1个疗程治疗后

比较两组患者的症状和体征改变情况。结果:治疗组治愈率为71·9%

优于对照组的43·3%(P<0·05)。结论:齐刺天宗穴配合肘部局部取穴治疗顽固性网球肘疗效优于肘部局部取穴针刺疗法。
