摘要

目的观察早期电针治疗对术后高血压脑出血患者偏瘫的康复作用。方法对72例高血压脑出血术后患者行康复治疗

其中电针组42例

手术后1～3天起每日2次电针治疗

穴取曲池、手三里、合谷、足三里等;对照组30例

术后1～3天起每日2次功能锻炼

以各关节活动为主

未予电针治疗。术后1个月比较两组康复情况。结果电针组康复情况明显好于对照组

且差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论高血压脑出血手术后早期电针治疗对偏瘫患者恢复及预后效果良好。
