摘要

目的:观察头针加体针对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效及其对骨密度及血微量元素钙、铜、锌、铁变化的影响。方法:将80例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组

每组40例。观察组采用头针加体针配合体疗和作业疗法;对照组只采用体疗和作业疗法。每日1次

30天为一疗程

两组均治疗3个疗程。比较治疗前后患儿骨密度及血微量元素的变化。结果:观察组总有效率87.5%

对照组总有效率67.5%

两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后骨密度及血钙、铜、锌、铁含量均明显升高(P<0.05

P<0.01)

且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:头针加体针配合体疗和作业疗法能改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿骨密度值及微量元素的含量

治疗痉挛型脑瘫疗效确切。
