摘要

目的:比较针刺疗法与西药吗丁啉治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)的疗效。方法:将72例DGP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组以调理脾胃针法为主

穴取曲池、合谷、中脘、足三里、丰隆、阴陵泉、三阴交、血海、地机等为主

每日针刺2次

10天为一疗程

疗程间隔2天;对照组口服吗丁啉10mg

每日3次

餐前30分钟服用。结果:治疗组总有效率91.7%

明显优于对照组的77.8%(P<0.05)。结论:调理脾胃针法治疗DGP疗效显著

优于西药对照组。
