摘要

目的:介绍针灸缓解卒中后痉挛性瘫痪状态的研究进展。方法:从临床研究和机理研究等方面对近10年来针灸缓解卒中后痉挛性瘫痪状态的文献进行综述。结论:大量的临床研究和机理研究已证实针灸能够缓解卒中后痉挛性瘫痪状态

而且疗效好、取穴灵活、方法多、无副作用

但临床研究和机理研究中还存在一些问题有待进一步改进

以提高研究水平。
