摘要

目的观察耳穴综合疗法治疗发作期普通偏头痛的近远期疗效并对其进行客观系统的评价。方法采用随机对照试验(RCT)的研究方法

对治疗组(A组)72例采用耳背放血、自血穴位注射、耳穴点刺的耳穴综合疗法;对照组(B组)36例应用西药治疗

分别进行近期疗效和远期疗效的观察和评价。结果A组可明显改善近期和远期症状计分

近期总有效率达98.6%

远期总有效率达79.6%

疗效显著

不良反应少

与B组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论耳穴综合疗法治疗发作期普通偏头痛安全、可靠

近远期疗效显著

具有良好的治疗和预防发作的作用。
