摘要

目的:比较俞募配穴针刺法与常规针刺法、西药治疗子宫内膜异位症(EM)的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为俞募针刺组(30例)

穴取肝俞、脾俞、肾俞、期门、章门、京门;常规针刺组(30例)

穴取合谷、中极、关元、三阴交;西药对照组(30例)

口服达那唑。观察3组患者临床症状、体征、肿瘤标志物血清CA125值的变化以及不良反应。结果:3组总疗效相似

但俞募针刺组在痛经、月经不调、腰骶痛、肛门坠胀等症状的改善方面显著优于其他两组(P<0·01)

且俞募针刺组治疗后血清CA125值较治疗前显著降低(P<0·01)。结论:俞募配穴针刺法治疗EM临床疗效显著

其不良反应明显低于西药对照组。
