摘要

目的:观察采用温针灸激发循经感传现象为主要手段治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:78例患者随机分为温针灸组(简称试验组)、单纯针刺组(简称对照组)各39例。对照组取肾俞、命门、腰阳关、委中等穴

试验组在与对照组取穴相同基础上给予命门、腰阳关、委中加用艾条温针灸

以患者自觉有温热感沿针体传入穴位深层为度。结果:试验组总有效率为94.9%

明显优于对照组的71.8%(P<0.01)。试验组中

循经感传现象出现率为84.6%

明显高于对照组的56.4%(P<0.01)。结论:温针灸激发循经感传现象为主要手段治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好疗效

值得推广应用。
